Last night, I got really sick again. Aside was a massive headache and nausea, and then I woke up not being able to breathe with my heart pounding ferociously. I got hold of my breathing, and I hav to pay close attention to it or it will stop in my mind. That was from heartburn that I just discovered that I got. I had spicy chilli and then oranges, and then very big medicence for my sinus infection and it made me hav heartburn. It hurts a lot, and it's making my lungs stiff. I'm fine, no worries, I'm just really sick. Don't worry, I'm gonna live.
